OHC INTRODUCES NEW HOUSING PROGRAM!
A housing rehab program has begun in Benton, Carroll and Madison counties. The program provides a no interest, no principal loan for up to $25,000 in repairs. Eligible households income must be 80% or lower living standard (HUD).

The Office of Human Concern (OHC) serves over 3,000 low-income families each year. Most of the services provided are for the elderly (60+), disabled and families with children. Funds to provide these services come from federal, state, local and contributions from the communities we serve.
